Good places for Overnight btw Milford and New London CT?

We'll be heading to Cape Code this weekend. I'm good with my route (78 to 287, Tappan Zee Bridge, 95) I think. I drive in the evening and then stop at night. I usually use Cracker Barrel for overni...

Right, I meant Route 9. You'll easily make up that 20 miles in time not spent in traffic.
