Just a quick follow up on our trip - ended up taking 95 both ways. The nighttime drive was no problem - honestly easier than I thought it would be , even with some light rain. We passed through Stamford and Norwalk at about 10 at night ,and fortunately traffic was light. On the way home ,we left the cape around 10 ,and passed through that area around 3 in the afternoon. We did slow ,but less than a half hours worth total ,and not the end of the world. It is def more of a pain in the daytime with traffic and such, but it wasn't awful. Thanks for the inputs!
