Sounds like our life just a bit south of you.
Get up with the sun, hit the beach and run with the dogs (Mexican weimaraners) and swim. Return them to the casa and paddle board. Then, anything else done during the day is a bonus. Hang in the shade, use the "quiet" room, shower when you get gross.
