Grants Pass, OR to Crescent City, CA Via 199
Help! Will be traveling 199 and on the map apparently there is a tunnel just South of the Oregon border. If that is true, what kind of clearence does it have for motor homes? Any other comments?

I drove it four years ago. About my third trip in my MH, towing. Due to problems on the road it was dark by the time we got on 199.. Really would not want to drive it in darkness but daylight should be no big deal. Watch for the little pull outs to let others past you, then enjoy the redwoods. We stayed just east of Crescent City at Hiouchi Rv..
