MEXICOWANDERER

A majority of RV'ers do not camp in URBAN areas. Suburban maybe rural or small town mostly. Wildly different between Guadalajara and San Miguel de Allende.
The word ORDINARY has significance. A wealthy Mexican family is not "ordinary" nor are extreme poverty cases. For camping in Indigenous areas, I found the Zapateco and Mixteco areas in Oaxaca easiest to get along in.
Language difficulty is an obstacle. For many befriending a mechanic is a breakthrough. If they have to bring a brother-in-law to do the interpreting they'll do it. Smiles are heavy duty cross culture wampum as are expressions Thank You, Please. etc. Pictures of your family, home, town, and country are of big interest.
