Heading South From Indiana to FL AVOID ATL

I agree with Ivylog. I really hate going through Atlanta, but I usually bite the bullet and do it. The bypass is very long and the traffic is usually just as heavy as taking 75 straight through Atlanta. Traffic starts picking up at 6 a.m. and dies down after 9 a.m. I try to get through town between 10 and 3:30 in the afternoon. I've gotten trapped in the right lane and was forced to exit once, so now I tend to travel in the center lanes going through town.

I also hate trying to get fuel in Atlanta. I have yet to find a station where you can get an RV in and out without problems.
