Heading south on I-75 thru Atlanta

My favorite routes avoid Atlanta, but I have used straight thru, and both sides. I try to hit Atlanta on weekends or mid day, but its always a******shoot no matter which route you take. Been caught in dead stop traffic on all of them and not rush hour. All it takes is an accident and the back up can be horrendous. Other times you can shoot straight thru. Good luck.
