20 yrs. ago I needed a notarized letter from the title holder i.e. the Bank owning the pink slip to take the RV into mexico. I used to get my mexican insurance from a business called "The Vagabundos" located in Rio Vista Ca. before I went into Mexico. I tried avoiding trying to buy the insurance at the busy border.
