The Registration has my name as the owner as well as the bank. I do not have the title. If I ask the bank for "permission" and they say NO, then I'm grounded. I'd rather ask for forgiveness, than beg for permission.
As usual, on any forum, there are many different answered to one question, and in the end, no one really knows.
Good idea to do it online. May be able to get the TIP that way.
