This is all great advice so far. Keep it coming. As I expected, I'll most likely have to cut a lot out of this trip in order to experience it properly without racing through it. Please advise on more attractions that might excite my kids. I suspect we'll have to either do the upper or lower states on this trip and hit what we miss on another trip. I like the idea of renting sand vehicles in Oregon and stuff like zip lining and white water rafting. What my family seems not so interested in is long hikes. :( Unfortunately, that will limit the number of cool things I'd like to see in Utah.
