Yup. As usual, Ken states is perfectly.
I kinda thought you had a specific reason to go to Seattle. If not, I would pass. He is right about the drive down the 101 in WA. We did it once only to find out there is no reason to do it. Deception area is great and the San Juans as well.
I would second all his suggestions - including eating ice cream at the Tillamook factory --- we will be doing it again this summer!
I am a reservation type guy. I would rather cough up a $10 or so cancellation fee than spend my time looking for a place when I could be walking the beach or something. But, in 18 years part time rv'ing, I have only cancelled about 4 or 5 (not counting the one month trip we had to cancel due to health / other issues).
