High price for taking an undeclared handgun to Canada

Years ago traveling into Canada the boarder inspectors found a small personal pepper spray that we had forgotten we even had. It was in one of those seat back pockets...and was deemed illegal.

Because of that they pulled us into secondary inspection and practically took our truck and tent trailer apart...so yes..be careful.

It's their country and their laws and we have to respect that.
