- Johndeere4955ExplorerFrom Hinton AB to Jasper you would be travelling on Hwy 16 and it is fairly flat all the way to Jasper. South of Jasper on AB 93 is one of the nicest drives you will ever encounter in North America. There are a few good climbs that will put your RV to the test but take it easy and enjoy the scenery. When you get to Lake Louise you will then get on Hwy 1 for about 25kms before you turn right on to BC 93 to go through Kootney National Park on To Radium. The first couple km's up BC 93 is all uphill but no worse than what you will find on AB 93 between Jasper and Lake Louise. Once you get to Radium Hot springs BC 93 is quite flat for the most part, the odd hill between Fairmont and Cranbrook BC. Enjoy the drive, Cheers!
- pauljExplorer IICan't find a Hinton, BC. There is a Hinton, AB on Hwy16 just outside of Jasper Nat Park. At Jasper you can take AB93, and later BC93 to the US border, and on to US93 in Montana.
In Jasper/Banff Nat Parks 93 is the Icefields Parkway, the main scenic drive through those parks. It has several summits between Jasper and Lake Louise, but it is used by many RVs and other tourists. There are a couple of more summits as it passes from Banff to Kootenay NP and Radium (again a major tourist route).
Once in the Rocky Mtn Trench (at Radium) it is relatively flat the rest of the way to West Glacier. - Wheel_EstateExplorerif you are refering to US 93 ...i ran it last summer in a southbound direction and it was mostly easy run to kalispell and the west side.
