hiway 89 Flagstaff to Page AZ

Thanks for the update Dave. I'm heading up 89 towards Utah in another month or so. Do you happen to know if the roadway is safe for larger trailers and motorhomes?

My FIL travels that road in a front-loading trash truck, so it is wide enough to get an RV along it.

I did read online somewhere about a week ago that it is still considered a construction zone with a reduced speed. Crews are still erecting fence along the sides of the road to keep livestock off the road way.

Going through Tuba City will be a longer route, but has the potential to be quicker if you are on a time constraint.

89T has a speed limit of 25mph. Not sure when that will be increased as construction is completed. The alternate route is 45 miles further but has a 55mph limit.
