Hiwy 61 Missouri and Iowa
How is Hiway 61 going north from Hannibal Mo to Davenport Ia? Has there been any washouts due to flooding? We are planning to use it as part of our trip from Branson to Wisconsin Dells.

There are no washouts due to flooding. Not sure if you prefer 2 lane highways, but 218 is a much nicer 4 lane divided highway. 27, 61 & 218 run together from just west of Hannibal up to almost the Iowa state line. My route would be 218 to Iowa City, I-80 East to Davenport and then 61 North to Dubuque. I live in Davenport and have travelled to both Branson and the Dells many times.
