i have heard one of the large French Canadian caravan companies is thinking of buying cadilac ranch and turning it into a french canadian long term destination. I was told that by a quebecer I know who was asked if he wanted to invest. It seems the french are running out of room in Lo de Marcos & PV and are set to invade Melaque/Barra.
