How many dogs?
I see conflicting info on how many dogs I can bring with me into Mexico. I have three small Shih Tzu's. Am I restricted to two? Thank you.

- Each person is legally limited to two pets. So, if you are more than one person, multiply.
I would make a point of having two of the pups listed on one health certificate in one name and the other one in another name.
Nogales crossing is the easiest into Mexico, and we have never heard anything about pets being checked.
