How to avoid FL Toll Roads

I am thinking this could be a potential problem for those that use a mail forwarding service, don't check that often to see what is there and only get their mail forwarded occasionally. How long do you have to pay? Can you pay over the internet with a credit card?

We have EZpass and that is replenished automatically from a credit card account. Even when the transponder doesn't work, they cross reference the plate to the account and the toll is just taken from the account balance. Do they do that with the Sunpass accounts? Is Sunpass on the EZpass system?
