Hwy 101 & Astoria-Megler Bridge
We are hoping to travel Hwy 101 from Crescent City CA to Astoria OR around March 20th and then through WA to Sequim . Is the Astoria bridge usually passable at this time? Would you continue from Ast...

What you might want to do is take the 5er across the bridge camp at Cape disappointment State Park. Then travel back over the bridge back to Astoria check out the Astoria Column. It is quite a view of the whole area from there. You also might want to check out the wharf there in Astoria. It has some great places to eat. You won't want to take your 5er to the column the parking is not set up for RVs.
