Hwy 140 Winnemucca to Lakeview,, Or & US395 Lakeview to I15

Plan on traveling west to Klamath Falls, Or about Sep 15th in 43'DP towing a Traverse. Would like to go via the Winnemucca-to-the-sea Hwy (rte140). I traveled this route by auto in the mid 1960's but...

We made that exact trip in July, 2013 from Klamath Falls to Winnemucca, NV. We enjoyed the trip and had no problem towing our 34'fifth-wheel. It is certainly a "lonely" road, so be sure to fuel up, but I would definitely go that way again.
