Hwy 189 from Provo to Heber City?

We took that road a month ago. They were doing a lot of construction -- significant delays and congestion, especially on busy weekends. Otherwise, not a bad road at all.

Have driven it many times. Beautiful highway. Full of RVs. Could be snow though. Check on weather as you get close to Provo.

Google maps street view shows it as pretty nice. Probably some weather statistics to be found also.
