Hwy 191 Rock Springs to Moab?
Anyone have experience with hwy191? Maps show lots of it as "scenic byway", and that can sometimes mean big RV's not recommended. It is the most direct route from Rock Springs, Wy. to Moab, UT. so ...

OK about that "it's a piece of cake" route 191. Road is in good condition BUT it's over 8300'elevation, and coming down the Utah side has 9% grades, with 9 switchback turns.
Probably not even possible without a good exhaust brake.
Doable but sure keeps your undivided attention all the way!
Vernal, UT. is nice, has lots to see and do. KOA is nice.
