Getting ready to drive Hwy 2 from Western Mich to Spokane, Wa., anyone driven the route this year? Road construction issues? Looks like a great drive but haven't been able to hear from anyone that ...

Last September drove US 2 from border to border in North Dakota (Grand Forks to Williston.)
Towing small trailer, route was in fine condition, four lane all the way. Traffic a little heavier west of Minot, and really heavy within 15 miles of Williston, but that was due to construction at the time which is completed by now.
Last traveled US 2 through Montana back in the 2004-2005 time period. Good road then, good fuel stops in Culbertson, Wolf Point, Glasgow, Malta, Havre and Shelby. LOL, didn't need to stop all those spots, but I did pay attention as I noted them driving by.
