Hwy 25 in Indiana

We are headed up the FROG rally in Goshen next week. Our plan is to take US 24 east from I57, IN 25 from Logansport to Warwaw, then IN 15 into Goshen. Last year we took IN 25 all the way down to US 24 and it was decent. We just thought taking IN 25 would cut off a few miles. Good plan or not?

  • Take 24 west to 31 north to US 6 then east to 15 then north into Goshen. Stay off US20 it is terrible traveling with trailer of any length. Motor homes are not so bad, but long trailers will buck a persons stomach inside out.
  • An alternative would be 24 to 31 (4 lanes, nice and flat), to Highway 6. (2 lanes, nice and flat), to 15 to Goshen. This would probably be a little faster.

We have driven 15 from Wabash to Goshen several times. Very nice comfortable country style driving. Let's you "smell the cornfields" as you drive by!

If you want to go faster, stay on 31 till you get to 20 east. Take 20 to 33 and then turn South to Goshen. It just depends upon if you want the country route or the fast-track route.

Either route is good. The distance will be about the same, by about 10 - 15 miles.
