Howdy all. Gonna be taking a long trip that includes the stretch of 26 between Beaverton and Seaside Oregon. I'm wondering how difficult of a pass is this? Steep grades or not, that type of thing...

It's probably your best route from Portland to the coast. Occasional passing lanes here and there. If it's a clear day, stop at the viewpoint and you can see Mt. St. Helens or maybe even Mt. Rainier if it is really clear.
