Hwy 491 NM
Has anyone driven Hwy 491 from Gallup, NM to Cortez, CO in the last few months? How is the road? A safe road to travel by RV?

- Will be doing that drive again in a few weeks. Very rural but the road is fine. The USA RV Park in Gallup is a good choice. We have stayed there several times and will again this month. Our rig is a 24' Class C towing a 10' cargo trailer {total length is 38' and the trailer weighs 2,220#} hauling my Indian Springfield.
