Hwy 54
Can I get an update on Hwy 54 from alamagordo to Santa Rosa? Last trip over 54,construction was done on each end but mid portion was still rough as ??

- Thanks. Think I'll go an alternate route this year again and will just wait til they get it finished.
- NM road info. You did not say when you last went over it but they are working on a 12 mile piece south of Carrizozo and have reduced the speed limit to 45.See link for info.
It is tedious for that stretch but not a big slow down if you are a 55-65 RV driver. I turn off at Duran onto NM 3 so have not driven the piece from there to Santa Rosa in a couple of years.
