I-465 West Or East Best Route To Bypass Indy ??

Cannot go straight thru Indianapolis! It will be closed downtown starting Sept. 3 for 60 days on both I-65 & I-70. Using I-465 toward the south side of town is shorter and less congested when traveling on I-65, I-70, or I-74. If using I-69, then north is the obvious choice.
