As stated before, you can't go straight through beginning Sept 3 if you are traveling on I70 or I65. I am guessing you are going through Indy from the North or South(I65)since you referred to 465 East and West you will want to stay just stay on 65 through town until the downtown split closes, then you will want to take 465 West. 465 is going to be busy since 70 downtown is closing.
If you are traveling I70 you will want to stay on 70 through downtown until the split closes then use 465 South. You should read my previous post I70 warning if you are headed to or coming from Ohio.
