I-465 West Or East Best Route To Bypass Indy ??

Even coming from the west on I-70 to connect with I-69 northbound, I will take the south and east sides of 465. Partly that's habit, been doing it since before the northern part of that loop was built, and partly knowing how congested it gets with local traffic in the northen suburbs.
