Was just watching Channel 7 and they were showing the film from the car dealer's cameras that shows the oversize truck being passed by another semi in the left lane as he is crossing the bridge and the consensus is that the oversize trucker either flinched or wasn't given room to maneuver and the other semi just kept going.
