We travelled over this bridge twice today on our way to Eastern Washington. We are now sitting by the fire in Eastern Washington (linked on-line to the world) and are horrified by what we are seeing....

As of 12:05 p.m. Monday, May 27, there is no reported delay through the northbound detour route from College Way to I-5 in Skagit County. The southbound detour backup is fluctuating from Exit 231/SR 11/Chuckanute Drive and Exit 230/SR 20. Traffic on Riverside Drive/Burlington Boulevard is stop-and-go.
