I-5 Bridge Collapse at Mount Vernon, WA
We travelled over this bridge twice today on our way to Eastern Washington. We are now sitting by the fire in Eastern Washington (linked on-line to the world) and are horrified by what we are seeing....

UPDATE: The "temporary" bridge is now open with all lanes of traffic moving in both directions. Be aware the speed limit on the bridge is down to 40 MPH and is being monitored closely by police so drive accordingly. Oversize loads are still being detoured but no restrictions published on RVs.
