We came through there in October and it was bad. Only about a foot clearance between the passenger side of the coach and the concrete barriers. Gotta be really on your toes. Get in the left lane as soon as you can because once you're in the right lane, the cars won't let you move over.
I kept my speed at about 40 - 45... got lots of finger gestures, but I was too busy with the steering wheel to return the favor.
