I pay fuel taxes like everyone else. The road use tax is just an acknowledgement that trucks use more of the road services than other types of vehicles. It's not my fault that the states raid the fuel taxes for things other than roads. I would gladly pay more fuel tax if I was sure the money would go to roads.
