I-80 from Pa to I-29 in Iowa to I-90
Leaving Pa to South Dakota and would like to know road condition and any costruction of I-80 west and I-29 north to I-90 west to Rapid City

- The I80 I380 Interchange construction is not a big delay.
Any route you take is likely to have some construction along the way.
The worst part of your route is I80 in northern Indiana. - All states dept of transportation have webpages with any construction projects noted.
I80 has a large project at the junction with I380.
