I 95 thru Idaho

It's US-95, not II-95. Blythe, CA (at I-10) to Eastport, ID on Canadian border. Goes through Las Vegas and Fallon, NV, Eastern OR, Western ID through Coeur 'd Alene all the way to the border. I have driven a fair share of it up here in the NW; very scenic through the Palouse and the Idaho Panhandle. Pretty much all small town America.
