I-95 to Key West, FL
Will be towing a 5th wheel to Key West via I-95 in October. Never been this far south. What is best route to take through/via/around Miami? Some say I-95 to US-1... Others I-95 to Florida Turnpike...

That's definitely the best place to cross from 95 to the Tpk. I think they're less than a mile apart, although you will pay extra in tolls for crossing over that far north. As for gas before the Keys, as others have pointed out, Florida City at the end of the Tpk. extension, usually has cheap gas. Race Trac the last station on the right before the 20 mile stretch to Key Largo had regular at $3.269 a gallon a few hours ago.
