we have parks open all year here, pinery, mcgregor point, mew lake, I think one or 2 more in the provincial system, I beleave cypris lake is open all year,,,( thank god for global warming we'll soon be able to sit on the beach in a sweater at most in a few years)
rondeau and a few others are open till end of october, (we are going the third week of october)
when the snow flies we usually head north for some room service camping, chalet with a private hot tub on the deck, wood burning fireplace, sled rentals nearby, show shoing X****ry ski-ing spa with couples massages, nice way to spend 5 or 6 days to make winter enjoyable,, usually beginning of feb
we only have to contend with having to work for about 10 to 12 at most weeks between any trip
