I40 in Arizona
Between Kingman and Winslow rivals some dirt roads for being bad! There are areas that would shake your dentures out even at slower speeds.

Yep, some of the worst road in the country. I have to travel on it often and every time I do I send a email to ADOT complaining about it. It doesn't do any good but I feel better ;)
FYI, the most dangerous spots on I-40 were about 5 miles east of the Colorado river were just repaired. It only took 5-6 years and a few crashes to get the repair done.
