I will be traveling through WV on the turnpike and asked the same question. I called the IL tollway and they told me it will work wherever EZPass is used. I'm going to call the WV turnpike monday and ask them. So far though it sounds like no problem.

Make sure you load it up with alot of $$$$$$. IN and OH are expensive!!!!

yep. We got an I-Pass and travelled all over the NE with no problems and we're from Florida!

Yes. Just got off the phone with the WV Turnpike. The IPass will work anywhere the EZPass is taken.
