....yes; I know the old IFE (previous to July 2014). According to numerous Mexican sources (sited below) fraudulent IFE and the replacement Instituto Nacional Electoral cards are wide-spread in Mexico. A fake card can be purchased in 50 to 90 minutes in certain parts of Mexico for from $90 to $200 USD. This includes "paid witnesses" fees. Allowing the card holder to cash checks up to a certain maximum. Also, fake birth certificates are extremely easy to obtain. I thought that the INE cards would be hardened far more in recent years?
