Indian Nations Turnpike or Highway 69 In Oklahoma

I am heading to St. Louis from Dallas. Which is the smoothest highway to take? I will eventually join into the Interstate Highway to get to St. Louis. I have not been on those roads in a long time. I ...

I was recently in Fayetteville, AR and returned on 69. It's the sorriest road that I have driven on in years. I thought some Louisiana highways were bad, but this was worse. Personally, I would go 35W to Oklahoma City then the turnpikes.
