Indiana Rte 31
Can anyone tell me what Rte. 31 in Indiana from Indy up to South Bend is like. A year ago there was a lot of construction - just wondering if that is still the case.

- I drove 31 from South Bend to Peru yesterday with very little construction.
- It hasn't changed. All that construction is now at Carmel and Westfield (North of Indianapolis). The Kokomo construction is completed. The by-pass is really very nice around Kokomo now.
