If you want to boon-dock on the beach, I'd recommend Playa Requeson
It's probably little farther to drive than you'd like though. It's on the Bahia Concepcion in Baja Sur. But it's cheap, 50 peso's a night last time I was there.
I've been told that there are boon-docking possibilities at Rocky Point but can't confirm because I've never been there.
