We stayed at Reef Rv on the dry camp beach and water, garbage, and dumping, cost nothing more than the $5 a night fee. We had use of the laundry and at times got wifi where we parked, without a signal booster, otherwise at the laundramat. Lots of space between rigs and if not, you could certainly move. Dusty? not during our stay, although that could happen if a passel of ATVers and bikes got too close, which never happened. Some might not like the steady flow of vendors walking by, but fish sellers and some others were very welcome, to us. Your best bet for power of course is solar. We've often stayed at a beach with a no generator policy (and no shore power). What a shame, owning an RV for 11 years and only putting 10 hours on the genny!
