Don't expect to be able to set up camp in Rocky Point and then use your toad to explore the rest of Mexico without paperwork. The the No-Hassle zones only go as far as Empalme (just east of Guaymas on Mex-15). From there south you will need a full set of paperwork, including TIP's for your vehicles and FMM for yourself.
