I agree with Turtle Toad. In thirteen years of rving in Mexico and many more living here, I have never had a problem finding propane or butane or whatever you want to call it.
We travel from Chihuahua to Tamaulipas and south to Jalisco, Michoacan, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Veracruz, etc. and have never ever had a problem finding propane.
