Rae I know from following your blog that you work on line from your RV. A cell phone hot spot and a Telcel sim card or usb stick cell connection to Telcel will probably be your best internet connection unless you stay in a park with a good connection.
I've found that Tecel connectivity can be "iffy" or nonexistent in many places. It will also very in quality during the day. Usually after school until 10 pm it can get slow with high traffic.
I recommend that you get your Telcel connection at a Telcel Centro store as opposed to the local neighborhood stores.
Do come to Mexico and enjoy the culture, people, and scenery.
