Interstate and other roadside Rest Areas - Open or Closed?

Not sure whether this belongs here, or whether it's an obvious question/answer. Are the Eisenhower Interstate Rest Areas mostly open with bathroom access and vending and other amenities? If you ...

Yesterday. I-80, SW WY to 40-189. Heber City, UT, Provo, UT. I-15 south to our 5th wheel in our spot, Mesquite, NV.

UT I-15 rest areas are open including rest rooms. Flying J and Shell station restrooms open.

Phillips 66 C-store, Springville, UT, restrooms closed.

Ports of Entry open.

Plenty of hand wipes in the truck. “Social Distancing” observed. More traffic than expected.
